We have closely evaluated the feedback from all candidates on the best way to proceed and would like to guide you on the next steps in the process.
To ensure all private candidates are smoothly transitioned to their preferred choice, kindly note a customer service representative will be in touch with you via phone next week between Saturday 10 April to Wednesday 14 April from 11am to 3pm for a one-to-one call to facilitate the process.
Based on the two available options, the customer service representative will either guide you on:
If you
have chosen the school assessment option, the next steps on being transferred to a school and switching to a
school assessed grades approach.
If you have chosen the option of continuing to take the exam, the next steps in proceeding to take the exam for the May/June 2021 series with the British Council.
